How to cancel an order?
If you placed an online order, you can cancel it before the products are shipped. If the order
has been paid for, you will receive a refund of the entire amount. You can still cancel your
order if the item you ordered has been shipped but not yet delivered. After the courier returns

How long do order cancellations take?
If you want to cancel your order, we have to make sure that the quickest time frame for both
cancellation and reimbursement is set. Regular updates are sent to you. Assuming you have
already accepted the products, we will finish your refund as soon as we return our delivery if
you have not received your order but we understand that you simply declined delivery. If you
