How can I return a product?

Subject to the terms and restrictions listed below, you can return your order for a complete refund if you're unhappy for any reason, including a change of heart. You can only return a portion of your order if you ordered multiple items. If a product is accidentally returned to us, we will not be held liable. No questions asked, we provide a complete refund for the items you ordered. Requests for returns must be made within 28 (twenty-eight) days of the original order's issuance.

To return any of our products within 28 (twenty eight) days of receiving the delivery:

  • Return items in their original packaging or, if appropriate, securely wrap them in high-quality packaging materials.
  • Use a mailing label and return the items with a copy of the dispatch note.
  • Return items to Naturre Green Ltd, 184 Franklin Way, Croydon, England, CR0 4UW.

We have the right to subtract the retail value of your item from any refund, unless you received free items with your order. Such items must be returned unless otherwise noted.

Within 28 (twenty-eight) days of the product being delivered in compliance with the original order, we accept all returns, swaps, and substitutes.

How do you replace?

You can get a replacement for free if you receive a product that is "damaged." Orders for substitutions must be placed within 28 (twenty-eight) days following the delivery of the original item. Brand substitution is contingent upon our inventory's availability.

In the event that the product is out of stock, you can either wait until it becomes available again or get a complete refund.

How do I exchange?

You will ask for an exchange if the products you received are not satisfactory. You have 28 days from the date of delivery of the original order to seek an exchange for any items you ordered and shipped.

You have the option to replace your order with another item of comparable or higher value. For transactions, the cost of shipping will be your responsibility.

The exchange will depend on the availability of our stock. If the item you want to order isn't available, you can ask for a full refund.

Refunds

We will handle your refund as soon as you return the items to us. Reimbursements are made to the same account or payment method that was used for the purchase and transaction.

After the products are received, refunds usually take 7-8 business days to process.

Delivery costs for the items you ordered will be reimbursed if:

  • The goods were damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You are utilizing your rights under the cooling-off periods of the Distance Selling Regulations.
